Tori Garris is a versatile professional with a background in both the corporate and freelance worlds, as well as experience as a professional actress. A devoted mom of two young children, Tori created the wholesome kids' show Torbee to bring a sense of calm and simplicity to today’s fast-paced entertainment industry. The idea for Torbee was born out of Tori’s desire to find content that would bridge the gap between screen time and playtime in her own home. When she struggled to find the right fit, she decided to create it herself.
With roots in children’s entertainment, having played roles like Pinkalicious for a park district in Chicago and Alice in Wonderland for a princess party company, Tori’s passion for creating meaningful content for kids has come full circle. Her goal with Torbee is to be a trusted resource that parents, teachers, and caregivers can rely on to engage and enrich the lives of children.
Bryanna Boyd is an experienced educator and creative professional with a Masters degree in English and over 10 years of teaching and leadership experience. She has worked in private and public education with ages ranging from early middle school to the collegiate level. In addition to teaching English, she has also instructed color guard
Bryanna Boyd is an experienced educator and creative professional with a Masters degree in English and over 10 years of teaching and leadership experience. She has worked in private and public education with ages ranging from early middle school to the collegiate level. In addition to teaching English, she has also instructed color guard for 15 years, choreographed countless fieldshows, and founded “Color Guard Academy”, a YouTube channel dedicated to professional color guard tutorial videos.
Bringing her attention to detail, expertise in language and story-telling, and skills in planning and educational theory to the entertainment industry through producing Torbee has been an exciting and rewarding adventure!
Zach Boyd is a creative and passionate cinematographer with expansive professional experience. Zach was part of the first graduating class of the Zaki Gordon Cinematic Arts Program at Liberty University and has worked full time as a freelancer in the film industry since he graduated in 2014. He owns and operates his own wedding film comp
Zach Boyd is a creative and passionate cinematographer with expansive professional experience. Zach was part of the first graduating class of the Zaki Gordon Cinematic Arts Program at Liberty University and has worked full time as a freelancer in the film industry since he graduated in 2014. He owns and operates his own wedding film company, works on various reality TV shows from large network channels such as HGTV, A&E, TLC, HBO, and ABC, and he has experience producing content for commercial, corporate, and non-profit businesses. He also has a passion for producing cinematic travel films that authentically depict the destinations around the world that he and his wife, Bryanna, experience during their travels.
As Director of Photography and Post-Production Supervisor for Torbee, Zach oversees the creative and technical production of each episode from start to finish. Due to his variety and depth of experience in the film industry, his creative eye, and high level of skill, he is an invaluable asset to the Torbee team and brings a professional eye and ear to every episode we produce.
Our Mission
Torbee is a sweet, wholesome show that inspires kids to explore, create, read, sing, imagine, and discover. Torbee promotes wonder and joy about things in the real world, not just the virtual one. We want kids to feel loved, encouraged, and inspired when they watch Torbee. Our mission is to be a positive influence for kids through our show episodes, the products we endorse, and the organizations we support.
Our Vision
Our dream is for Torbee to reach children everywhere through streaming services or network channels, and we even hope to add live and in-person events in the future. We envision the show reaching kids of all ages as we add more characters and expand our episode library over time.
